Cancellation of Enrollment
Cancellation of Enrollment refers to the formal withdrawal of a student’s registration from all of their courses for the term. This action terminates the student’s participation and eligibility for academic instruction, services, and benefits associated with enrollment. Once processed, the student is no longer considered an active enrollee, and any applicable fees, refunds, or academic records will be handled in accordance with institutional policies.
Processing Time
Once settled and cleared, it takes just 1 business day to process the cancellation.
Service Cost & Payment Options
The processing fee for the service itself cost just PhP 50.00 but you may need to settle any back accounts and other charges incurred. Please check your portal or drop by the Treasurer’s Office for more details.
Your eligibility for refund will depend on when the cancellation of enrollment was made. This is described in the table below and is compliant with the appropriate government regulators (CHED / DepEd).

How to apply for the service?
Enrolled students who wish to cancel their enrollment must follow the steps below.
- Download and fill-out completely cancellation of enrollment form.
- Prepare all the required documentation
- Submit the form to the registrar
- Drop by the Treasurer’s Office and settle any obligation or file any refund.
