Damaged or Replacement ID

This service provides information on how to process or request replacement of student ID.

Processing Time

On regular days, it takes about 30 minutes to process a new ID replacement.
During peak seasons, like enrollment, processing may take up to two (2) - three (3) working days.

Service Cost & Payment Options

PhP 300.00 / replacement

The replacement cost is only for the ID card itself. Lanyards and casings are available at the Bookstore.

Eligibility

Only enrolled students for the current term or active employees with damaged or faded ID cards are eligible for this service.

When can you avail of the service?

The service is available from Mondays till Saturday 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM. Noon breaks apply.

How to apply for the service?

Eligible persons who wish to have their damaged or faded ID replaced must follow these steps.

  1. Must present their damaged or faded ID to the ID Picture taking personnel in charge at:
    1. For Intramuros : The ID Picture taking is at the 4th Floor Main Building
    2. For Makati : The ID Picture taking is at 2nd Floor at the Open Laboratory
  2. The personnel in charge shall check the existing ID and a new picture shall be taken.
  3. The personnel in charge will advise when the ID will be available for pick-up

The requester shall be charged the appropriate ID Replacement Fee.
The damaged or faded ID shall be surrendered during this process.

Delivery Method

ID’s must be picked-up where they applied.

  1. For Intramuros : The ID Picture taking is at the 4th Floor Main Building
  2. For Makati : The ID Picture taking is at 2nd Floor at the Open Laboratory
