Payment Posting

This process is intended for students who made payment via online or offsite bills payment channels that were not automatically posted. Such unposted transactions usually occur due to bank transfers, deposited payments, or incorrect reference numbers.

Processing Time

Once we receive a request, it typically takes just one (1) business day to post the verified payment.

Eligibility

This service is open to all students of the university. To facilitate processing, please provide the following information.

  1. Complete name and student number.
  2. Proof of payment-such as validated deposit slip, bills payment and screenshot of the bank transfer

You can file the request thru this link anytime.

How to apply for the service?

  1. Notify Treasury sending an email to payment@mapua.edu.ph
  2. Attached the proof of payment for verification
  3. Receipt of the email will be confirmed by the Treasury Office
