Benefits

Eligibility
- Incoming Grade 11 students who graduated “with the highest honor” — must have a final average of 98 and above
- Graduated from the graduating batch of at least 60 students
- Enrolled in DepEd–certified or recognized Secondary/High Schools in the Philippines or abroad
- Passed the Mapúa Program Placement Assessment (MPASS)
Coverage and Retention Requirements
Approved scholars shall receive a 100% tuition fee discount for the entire duration of their Senior High School (SHS) program, provided they comply with the following retention requirements:
- Must pass all enrolled courses during Grade 11, including Physical Education (PE)
- Must maintain a cumulative General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85%
Requirements
- Certificate (with batch total) issued by the Principal or the Registrar which contains the following information:
- The name of the “with highest honor” and the average of 98 and above
- Final grade and rank of the scholar
- The printed name and signature of the Principal or the Registrar
- The contact details (telephone number / mobile number / email address) of the Principal or the Registrar
- A statement indicating that the graduating batch is composed of 60 or more students
Application Process
- Submit the required documents to the CSFA Office and ensure that all details indicated on the certificate are complete and accurate.
- The CSFA will validate the information and determine whether the applicant is qualified. Confirmation will be sent once validation and batch size verification is completed.
- Once approved, the applicant will receive an official waiver or confirmation form from the CSFA recognizing acceptance of the scholarship award.
- For Grade 12 scholarship renewal, DTMS scholars must return to the CSFA Office during the next enrollment period and submit a Scholarship Validation Form along with a copy of their Grade 11 report card. .
