The Mapúa Alumni Australia (MAA) Scholarship provides full matriculation coverage to academically deserving students in their final year, with financial need and strong moral and academic standing.

Eligibility
- Must be an undergraduate student in their final year
- Must be currently enrolled and in good academic standing (no failing grades)
- Must have an annual family income not exceeding PhP 700,000.00
Coverage and Responsibilities of Grantees
- The scholarship is valid until the student completes their program, provided the scholar maintains good academic standing and complies with all scholarship requirements.
- Must maintain a GWA of 2.50 or higher per term
- Must not obtain a grade lower than 3.0 in any subject
- Must provide and update personal contact information regularly
- Must validate scholarship at the CSFA office during every enrollment period
How to apply?
The following steps are required to apply for the scholarship.
- For scholarships sponsored by alumni associations, the Center for Scholarships and Financial Assistance (CSFA) will announce the call for applications through its official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MapuaCSFA) or via the official Mapúa University Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MapuaUniv).
- Please note that there is no specific or fixed opening date for these scholarship applications, as the schedule depends on timelines set by each alumni association. Because of this, it is important to stay updated by regularly checking the mentioned platforms.
- You may submit your application through our official email (scholarships@mapua.edu.ph) or follow the specific instructions indicated in the announcements once they are posted.
Requirements
- Completed Scholarship Application Form
- 2x2 ID picture
- Copy of the latest Certificate of Matriculation (CM)
- Grade Certification from Mapúa Customer Service
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Office of the Prefect of Discipline
- Certificate of Good Health
- Photocopy of parent’s latest Income Tax Return or Affidavit of Non-Filing of ITR
- For OFWs: employment contract with benefits
- Brief essay explaining the applicant’s reason for applying for the scholarship
- Two recommendation letters
- One from the department head or school dean
- One from a professor
