The Mapúa Alumni Association–Alberta Chapter (MAAAC) Scholarship provides partial tuition fee grants to deserving engineering students who demonstrate strong academic performance and financial need.

Benefits
- Partial Tuition Fee per term based on the following matrix:

| 1.99 and higher | 75% of tuition fee |
| 2.00 – 2.24 | 50% of tuition fee |
| 2.25 – 2.50 | 25% of tuition fee |
Eligibility
Applicants must meet any of the following qualifications:
- Must be enrolled and at least 2nd year standing
- Must be an Engineering student
- Must be of good moral character
- Must not be receiving any other scholarship except Academic Scholarship
- Must have a GWA of at least 2.50 for the last two terms, with no grade lower than 3.0
Responsibilities of Grantees
- The scholar must have a GWA of 2.50 or higher per term
- The scholar must not obtain a grade lower than 3.0 in any subject
- Must validate scholarship at CSFA during the enrollment period
Coverage
The scholarship may be availed every term as long as the scholar maintains the required academic standing and fulfills all responsibilities set by the association.
How to apply?
The following steps are required to apply for the scholarship:
- Monitor announcements on the CSFA Facebook page or Mapúa University Facebook page for application openings.
(Please note that there is no specific or fixed opening date for these scholarship applications, as the schedule depends on timelines set by each alumni association. Because of this, it is important to stay updated by regularly checking the mentioned platforms.) - Submit complete requirements via scholarships@mapua.edu.ph or follow the submission instructions indicated in the posted announcements.
Requirements
- Completed Scholarship Application Form with 2x2 ID picture
- Photocopy of the latest Certificate of Matriculation (CM)
- Grade Certification from Mapúa Customer Service
- Photocopy of parents’ latest Income Tax Return*or Affidavit of Non-Filing of ITR
- For OFW parents: employment contract with salary indicated
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Prefect of Discipline
- Certificate of Good Health
- Brief essay stating why the applicant deserves the scholarship
