Registration Instructions

Part 1: AltairOne account creation and activation

1. Provide the list of names (First Name and Last Name) and university email of the participants. This is needed for the account creation to be done by the Person-in-charge.

   

2. Check your email (Inbox, spam/junk mail) and look for AltairOne email to activate your account.

Part 2. Altair software installation

1. Download Installers:
   Click Marketplace found at the upper right portion of AltairOne page.
   

   

2. Search the software you want to install in the search box, then download.
   In the example below, the software to be downloaded is AI Studio (formerly RapidMiner).
   

   

3. Open the software and use the license assigned to you :

   3.1 CONFIGURATION -> Altair License Configuration -> it must be set to “Manual Configuration.”

   

   3.2 Then click on next tab below “Managed Licensing”
   Then fill in your username and password (same user/pass in AltairOne account), in the screenshot below.

   

Eligibility Requirements

Active students and faculty members are eligible to use the software.
