This documentation aims to provide guidance on how the billing process for the McGrawhill Aleks platform.
Overview
The institute has adopted the McGrawhill Aleks platform as a companion tool for courses that help the student master topics that they reinforcement. Aleks itself is a self paced course that allows the learner to master specific topics

Associated Aleks Charges
Fees on using Aleks (PhP2,000.00) are charged to the students if all of the following criteria are met.
- Enrolled at least one of the above courses
- They have no related Aleks fees (paid or unpaid) for the past year or consecutive 4 terms. The latter is the preferred reference.
Students who met all of the above requirements are charged with the Aleks fee on the 3rd week of classes, or right after the closing of then enrollment period which ever comes last.
