The Application for Graduation is a process used by the university to confirm the participation of students who completed their academic requirements and would be joining the roster of graduates for the term.

Only students who completed all academic requirements are eligible to apply for this service.

When can you avail of the service?

Eligible student can must apply for this service one (1) month prior to the target graduation date. Please refer to the school calendar for the exact dates.

How to apply for the service?

Eligible students applying for graduation must follow these steps.

1. Fill-out the Application for Graduation form and go thru any clearance requirements.
2. Submit this form to your respective Program Section Chief at the Registrar’s Office
