Policies on Leave of Absence

Objective/s

The objective of this policy is to establish rules, guidelines, and procedures for it’s implementation.

Scope

This policy is applicable to all active students.

Policy

1. A student who plans to discontinue their studies for more than one term must apply for a Leave of Absence on or before the deadline set by the Office of the Registrar. Please refer to the school calendar for the exact dates.
2. A student who has applied for a leave of absence and intends to come back must file for reactivation two (2) weeks before the enrollment period.
