This article aims to help you reset your password for Blackboard (aka Cardinal EDGE) or your Microsoft 365 account.

Microsoft 365 Password Reset Procedure

1. Navigate to the login page of your specific Mapúa portal (e.g., myMapúa, Applicant Portal) or directly from Microsoft 365.
2. Click the “Can’t access your account?” or “Forgot Password” button on the login screen.
3. Follow the prompts, which typically involve entering your username or the email address associated with your account for verification purposes.
4. A password reset link or temporary password will be sent to your registered email address. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
5. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Cardinal EDGE (aka Blackboard)

1. Navigate to Cardinal EDGE.
2. Click on the Forgot Password
   
3. Choose either using the Username or Email Option and click submit.
4. You should receive an email containing the reset password link and setup your new password.
