Policies on Applying for Second Baccalaureate Degree

Objective/s

The objective of this policy is to establish rules, guidelines, and procedures for it’s implementation.

Scope

Any student or applicant that has completed a baccalaureate program are affected by this policy.

Policy

1. A Mapúa graduate applying for admission to a baccalaureate program with licensure examination as a second degree must have a GWA of “2.50” in his first degree. For other programs, the Mapúa graduate must have a GWA of “2.75” in his first degree.
2. A non-Mapúa graduate applying for admission to a second-degree program is required to take the Mapua Scholastic Aptitude Examination.
