Eligibility
Applicants may request for a tentative assessment once the reservation fee has been settled. For Mapúa students, a tentative certification may be issued upon submission of the courses to be enrolled. The actual assessment will be provided to students who are officially enrolled. Here are the requirements.
- Officially enrolled for the term requested or
- Has made reservations for new freshmen

The service can be availed anytime.
How to apply for the service?
Students may formally submit their request either by sending an email to treasury@mapua.edu.ph or by personally visiting the Treasury Office.
- Accomplished the service request form
- Settle the amount at the cashier.
- The cashier will inform you if the certificate is ready for pick-up.
