· Email the Helpdesk: For all account concerns related to MyMapúa and Cardinal EDGE, send an email to helpdesk@mapua.edu.ph. Be sure to provide your full name and contact details for verification purposes.
· Call the DOIT Office:
o Intramuros Campus: +63(2) 8247-5000 local 24000, or call +63(2) 8527-3683 (fax).
o Makati Campus: +63(2) 8247-5000 local 74000, or call +63(2) 891-0686.
· Visit the DOIT Office: The DOIT office is located on the 4th Floor of the Admin Building in the Intramuros campus. In-person visits can sometimes be faster than waiting for an email response.
· Use the Self-Service Password Reset: In many cases, you can use the “Can’t access your account?” or “Forgot password” option on the login page of the specific application (e.g., MyMapúa, Blackboard, Outlook) to reset your password and potentially unlock your account.
Common Causes of Account Lockout
An account typically gets locked after too many incorrect login attempts or if unusual activity is detected, as a security measure.
