Eligibility

Students of Mapua University can apply for this service provided that they have met the following criteria.

  1. Successfully completed all academic requirements of their degree program.
  2. Settled all financial and administrative obligations with the institution.
  3. Submitted all required graduation documents (e.g., clearance, thesis, publications, etc.).

When can you avail of the Certificate of Graduation?

Graduates can apply for their certificate of graduation on the next business day after their graduation ceremony onwards.

How to apply for the Certificate of Graduation?

Applying On-Site

  1. Drop by the customer service of the Office of the Registrar and file the appropriate form.
  2. Settle processing fee at the cashier
  3. You will receive the document after the specified processing time. Depending on the delivery method you chose, you may need to drop by the customer service section to pick-up the document.

Delivery Method

  1. Pick-up - pick-up the document at the appropriate customer service office (Intramuros or Makati Campus)
  2. Delivery - indicate the delivery address and the receiver of the package. Extra charges will be applicable and delivery times may vary.
  3. Email - the electronically signed document shall be sent to your provided email address.
